Apistogramma agassizi

Apistogramma agassizii display a range of vibrant colors, especially males displaying bright blues, reds, and yellows. They are generally peaceful but can be territorial, especially during spawning periods. A pair or small group should be housed in a well-structured tank with certain spots shaded by plants or decor for hiding and claiming territories.
