Microsynodontis batesii

Microsynodontis batesii is a peaceful and somewhat shy bottom-dwelling species. Considered suitable for community tanks with non-aggressive species, it tends to hide among decorations and plant life during the day and becomes more active at night. Providing a soft substrate is beneficial, as they may burrow occasionally. Suitable hiding places such as caves or dense plantings are recommended.
