Parambassis pulcinella are characterized by their transparent bodies and distinct hump on the forehead, making them a unique addition to aquariums. They appreciate a planted tank with ample swimming space and hiding spots. Being sensitive to water quality, regular maintenance is essential. Peaceful by nature, they are best kept in groups and can coexist with similarly sized non-aggressive fish. Providing a varied diet rich in protein helps in bringing out their natural vibrancy.
