Stiphodon surrufus are known for their vibrant blue and orange coloration, which becomes more pronounced in males, especially during breeding. These gobies are peaceful and are ideally suited for community tanks with other small, non-aggressive fish. They are often substrate grazers, feeding on biofilm hence, a mature tank environment benefits them. Rock surfaces and ample flowing water closely replicate their natural habitat. Ensure tank covers are secure as they might jump.
